Because of their unhealthy lifestyle, many people
struggle with increased fats or cholesterol. The normal
level of cholesterol is somewhere between 4,60 and 6,20
mmol / L. This homemade syrup is proved as a very
effective in regulating increased cholesterol.
1 kg of lemon
5-6 bunches parsley
3 liters of water
200g of baking soda
Wash the lemons in cold water, and then soak them in
warm water in which you’ve poured the baking soda.
Allow it to stand for about an hour.
Wash the parsley, dry it, and chop in on small pieces
together with the stalks. Chop the lemons on small
pieces together with the peel. Put them together in a
large bowl and pour three liters of water.
Cook it on low heat for two to three hours.
You should have about 1 ½ liters of syrup which you
should keep in the refrigerator.
Drink one cup of this syrup every morning on empty
stomach. The dose is sufficient for 15 days.
